Dewey’s 24-Hour Readathon

It’s time for another read-a-thon!

Tomorrow, Dewey’s 24-Hour Readathon begins and as you know, I am trying to cut my TBR pile in HALF so this is a very much needed read-a-thon. I need to catch up on my progress, especially before BEA so expect my participation in another read-a-thon in May. Until then, I’ve got plenty to read this weekend, specifically on Saturday.

My Goal:
Finish Reading 3 Books

I’d love to finish reading Transparent by Natalie Whipple. Aside from that, there are a couple of books that I’ve started so what will determine what I end up reading comes down to what I feel like reading come Saturday.

You can keep up with my progress on Twitter, Goodreads, as well as right here:

Read:
Paperback copy of Characters & Viewpoint by Orson Scott Card (Add it to Goodreads)
Ebook copy of Animal Farm by George Orwell (Add it to Goodreads)
Ebook copy of Icons by Margaret Stohl (Add it to Goodreads)

Currently Reading:
Hardcover copy of Split Second by Kasie West (Add it to Goodreads)

Final Update:
I read 3 books which was my goal! Sweet! I didn’t get to the one book that I had planned to finish reading during the readathon but it’s up next! The readathon may be over (and I read 2 books while finishing a 3rd, woot!) but I’m clearly not done reading. This was actually just the push I needed to catch up on my reading goal for the year. I should be finished reading Split Second around noon and I will get to Transparent immediately after. I’ve also already pulled out the books that I plan to read this week and am even thinking about next week while getting really excited for the next readathon that I plan to participate in come mid-May! Until then…

Happy reading!
