Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten 2014 Releases I’m Dying To Read

It’s Top Ten Tuesday, hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s topic is Top Ten 2014 Release I’m Dying To Read. My most anticipated releases for 2014 are below. Check it out:

1. Undivided by Neal Shusterman
If you have yet to read Unwind, UnWholly, and UnSouled, this is one series you must read as soon as possible. I am so excited for the conclusion to this story next year!

2. Where Silence Gathers by Kelsey Sutton (July 8, 2014)

3. Strange and Ever After by Susan Dennard (July 22, 2014)

4. Chasing Before by Lenore Appelhans (August 26, 2014)

5. Panic by Lauren Oliver (March 4, 2014)

I started to write a note for each book but essentially it all comes down to these authors becoming my favorite authors after reading their work over the last few years and I can’t even begin to tell you how much I adore their writing, their characters, their worlds, their storytelling, everything. These authors are incredible and I can’t think of anything more exciting than reading their books next year.

6. Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi (February 4, 2014)

7. Cress by Marissa Meyer (February 4, 2014)

8. The Unbound by Victoria Schwab (January 28, 2014)

9. The Hybrid Chronicles #3 by Kat Zhang
If you have yet to read What’s Left Of Me and Once We Were by this young writer, get the first two books in this trilogy now and be blown away by this world Zhang has created!

10. The Darkest Minds #3 by Alexandra Bracken
If you have yet to read The Darkest Minds and Never Fade, you’ll want to read them before the insane happenings of book three. There’s nothing more exciting talking about the conclusion to a series with fans the week the final book releases. This is definitely going to be one of those immediate must reads.

  2. Amazing lists 🙂

    I can't wait for Cress, The Unbound & the last Unwind book, so I can finally catch up & finish the series. I read Unwind when it was supposed to be stand-alone, and loved it, even now years later i remember it in details, so I'm planning to read all of them next year. I love Neal's books. Have you read the Skinjacker trilogy? I loved that one, too.

    And I can't wait for most of those movies, too, as well as the tv series 🙂

  5. I liked Panic,and probably should give it a re-read so I can review it! Hope you like it as well. I need to catch up with the Strange, Shatter Me, and Scarlet series so I can read their next installments.
    And for TV, I join you in waiting for Orange and Orphan…can't wait!! And ALL the movies you mentioned. 2014 is going to be awesome.

  24. I just realized how many books I am going to read next year! Mr Shusterman has way of slightly freaking me out in a way that I love. And I really need to catch up on Cinder if the 3rd one is coming. Great list!

  25. I want to start the Something Strange and Deadly series. It's SO not something that I would usually read, but I want to try new things… and everyone seems to love it (and the covers are so darn pretty!!). I also need to read Cinder… ugh there's just too many books!
