It’s that time! The final Bout of Books read-a-thon of the year begins today!
The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 17th and runs through Sunday, August 23rd in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. My goal is to read seven pieces of literature, be it novellas, graphic novels, or books. I just want to keep reading. I do have three Fables volumes I have that I want to get to, a prequel novella that I’d like to read to check out the writing style of the author and see if I want to read the first book in that series, and I’m going back and forth between three books right now so we’ll see which will get the most attention. Plus, I have my Diverse Summer Reading Series which means I need to have two diverse reads on my schedule this week so my reviews can post later in the week. So, a lot of reading!
