I’m so excited to be participating in 5 Fandom Friday, created by Megan (The Nerdy Girlie) and Kristin (Super Space Chick) once more! This week’s topic? Characters With My Favorite Fictional Fashion.
Here we go!

1. Mindy from The Mindy Project (Fox & Hulu)
I love that Mindy takes so many fashion risks and and is so in tune with the fashion world but at the same time, is on planet earth and dresses for comfort too when she has no one to impress. We realistically see every side of Mindy fashionably and that’s so refreshing to see. Go, Mindy!

2. Blair and Serena Gossip Girl (The CW)
While I didn’t love every single outfit the girls wore, make no mistake I was impressed with their wardrobe and boldness every single time. They set trends. They led the way. They knew their own style but didn’t stop there and experimented with their style every step of the way. These fictional characters should go down in TV fashion history as some of the best.

3. Zoe and Lemon from Hart of Dixie (The CW)
If I had to choose, I’d say I’m more of a Zoe than a Lemon but I still really loved both of their wardrobes and loved how grounded in their styles that they were. I also loved how their wardrobe noticeably evolved as they each grew over the years. Love!

4. Amanda from Ugly Betty (ABC)
This show may have aired from 2006 – 2010 but basically everything Amanda wore then, I’d wear today without hesitation. Also, talking about Amanda makes me miss the friendship that was Amanda and Marc. They’d definitely make my list of 5 Favorite TV Friendships, that’s for sure.

5. Phoebe from Charmed (The WB)
Show me an outfit of Alyssa Milano on Charmed and I can tell you what season of the show it was from, more often than not the episode it’s from. I absolutely loved Phoebe’s wardrobe. Still do when I rewatch (because, let’s be real, when am I not rewatching that show?) even though some of the outfits don’t hold up today or in some rare cases never did. Phoebe stood out from the rest all of the time. She was inventive fun and I loved that about her and her wardrobe and well, just seeing Alyssa as Phoebe makes me smile.
Notable Mentions
Olivia Pope from Scandal (ABC), Brooke from One Tree Hill (The WB & The CW) and Neal Caffrey from White Collar (USA).
