My BEA 2015 Picks + YA Runs A 5K

I am so excited to be attending Book Expo America (BEA) this year! It will be my fourth year and it just occurred to me that while I did update the BEA Tips Guide, I didn’t tell you all what books I am looking forward to hopefully snagging at the expo!

Most of the ARCs that I receive, I will be giving away to those who donate $30 or more to YA Runs A 5K for We Need Diverse Books. The funds will create a grant which WNDB told me I could name, so I chose to name it after my late grandmother, BJ Joseph! I’m so excited about the BJ Joseph Grant and all that YA Runs A 5K has accomplished in a year. What’s really exciting is that if you donate $30 or more between THIS Wednesday and NEXT Friday, you can receive THREE ARCs instead of ONE. That is super exciting!

Be sure to follow me on Twitter as I’ll be sending out tweets using #YARunsA5K to share which books will be up for grabs! To get an idea of what you might see on that list, check out the below list of titles I am highly anticipating!

Also, if you see me at Teen Author Carnival or BEA, be sure to say hello! I’ll wear the YA Runs A 5K shirt (see below, me on the right) at the Teen Author Carnival so you can easily spot me!
