Once Upon a Time (ABC) – Episode 4.09 “Fall”
Yeah…this episode wasn’t a hit with me but the actress who plays Elsa is absolutely adorable and she won over this episode easily! Talk about great casting. I love Elsa on Once more and more every single week and I already loved her to begin with!
Resurrection (ABC) – Episode 2.08 “Forsaken”
Overall, this episode was quite boring but it’s exciting to see that the Pastor is now going to be one of the returned! How exciting! I can’t wait to see how this changes the dynamic in the love triangle he’s in with his wife and his former wife who is a returned.
The Walking Dead (AMC) – Episode 5.08 “Coda”

Castle (ABC) – Episode 7.09 “Last Action Hero”
Solid episode! Then again, I love the episodes when Castle, Beckett and the crew have to solve the murder of someone semi-famous. Castle was such a fanboy and it was so much fun watching that! Especially when he defies Beckett and goes to certain measures to help out. And then of course when he puts his writer brain to work to help solve the case. Love. Great episode!
New Girl (Fox) – Episode 4.10 “Girl Fight”
The Jess CeCe fight was absolutely laugh out loud hysterical! Watching Coach tell Schmidt not to get involved and Schmidt not listening, provoking this passive aggressive fight made me laugh so much! Oh my goodness. The physical fight at the friend’s baby shower was a bit much though.
Meanwhile, Nick goes on a date with a homeless girl. Coach also tries to get Winston to study and not investigate the girl Nick’s dating who’s been at their place for three days straight. Coach gets to be right yet again and Winston’s self proclaimed investigation is for naught. Ha ha!
Double syringe. Leave those berries be. Oh man, there were so many amazing one liners this week. Great episode!
The Mindy Project (Fox) – Episode 3.10 “What About Peter?”
Mindy sees Peter’s apartment and it’s everything we all thought it would never be! Ha ha! This leads to Mindy taking the situation into her own hands and getting Danny to rent out his old apartment to Peter. This episode was somewhat entertaining but it wasn’t hilarious and I really missed seeing shenanigans at work. So…if there were one episode to skip this season, maybe it would be this one?
Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (ABC)
Episode 2.09 “Ye Who Enter Here”
Solid episode this week. I’m writing this the day after viewing though and thinking back, nothing really sticks out. Highlights: Skye. Jemma. Ward. Agent May’s double. Patton Oswalt playing triplets…at least that’s what they’re going with right now. Awesome. Aside from this, not much to go crazy about this week.
Arrow (The CW) – Episode 3.08 “The Brave and the Bold”
The Flash crew in the “Arrow Cave” trying to figure out their world and the Arrow crew getting used to The Flash crew in their territory…so perfect! So comedic! I loved it! The conflict in this episode was entertaining but really, it was all about the crossover and how well that was executed. They aced it!
The Middle (ABC) – Episode 6.08 “The College Tour”
“It was really nice of Rosalie to let us stay here. How exactly are we related to her again?” – Sue
“Eh, she might be an Aunt. Or maybe just one of those people you call an Aunt. Anyway, she’s always at the funerals. I know that.” – Mike
Mike taking Sue out to college tours and Frankie supporting Axl (once again leaving the middle child out of his so longed for mother son time) when he was finally put in a football game was so much fun to watch. I love that Axl is getting closer to the girl that Frankie’s been trying to hook him up with forever finally and in a genuine way. I love that Mike was concerned about what his kids think of him as a father and that Sue reassured him so. This was a great episode all around. So much love!
Modern Family (ABC) – Episode 6.09 “Strangers in the Night”
Poor Alex is all I have to say for this week’s episode! Cam and Mitchell were in quite an unfortunate and equally hilarious predicament this week but still, I felt for Alex more. Middle child solidarity all the way!
Black-ish (ABC) – Episode 1.09 “Colored Commentary”
I think this episode could have been way funnier but for what the laughs it strived to give working with the story line they chose with the game, it did a good job.

Red Band Society (Fox) – Episode 1.10 “What I Did for Love”
This could very well be the last episode of this show which saddens me to no end. The show hasn’t officially been cancelled but no more episodes have been ordered (strike one) and there’s no set schedule for when the last three episodes that have been shot will air (strike two). This is not good news. It’s like a precursor to (strike three) finding out that the last 3 episodes could air back to back on a Saturday night or something. I hope it doesn’t come to that! So what was the possible series finale like? Ah man, it was a great episode (I loved all of the developments) but I really hope this isn’t the end! Please air the last three episodes soon, Fox! Finally, I loved The Office reference! I always get so happy when I see networks showing love to other networks!
The 100 (The CW) – Episode 2.06 “Fog of War”
I don’t know if I’ve said it in the past five weeks but the new opening sequence is beautiful! I love it!!! I always thought season one’s opening was so-so which is why I am thrilled to see a new opening here! Also, Raymond J. Barry is the President of Mt. Weather but he played many roles back in 2009 when I interviewed him! I remember that interview like it was yesterday. When I spoke to him, I remember he was so kind and funny and genuine. You can check out the interview here.
Anyway, this episode. One. Raven is a BAMF! Two. So sad about what happened to Lincoln! Yikes! Reaper status! Uh oh. And that scene over the creepy Christmas music? Love. Then, Kane wanted Jaha to kill him to get out of the predicament they were in?! WHAT. And then he sliced himself up when Jaha refused! Ahhhh! But skipping to the end, weak ending! It’s live or die every moment of the show. So for it to end on that was just blah. But looking forward to next week! Regardless of how this episode ended, as a whole it was great and is another example of just how much better season two is compared to season one (which was great!).
The Vampire Diaries (The CW) – Episode 6.09 “I Alone”
Watching Damon and Elena try to get Bonnie back was hopeful and heartbreaking all at the same time because we all knew it wouldn’t work. Especially Jeremy. But what’s great about tonight’s episode for me is that it finally confirmed just how attached I am to the Liv, Luke, Jo, etc… storyline. Great developments this week. Truly. This season is on fire! This episode was fantastic! Also, wow, Damon didn’t wait long to start compelling Alaric! I don’t know how I feel about that! Eek. What do you think?
GRACEPOINT (FOX) – Episode 9
Wow! There were so many mind blowing developments this week! I am itching for the season finale. Itching for it!
Haven (Syfy) – Episode 5.13 “Chosen”
Emily Rose is phenomenal! If there’s one season to watch for range beyond anything we’ve ever seen from her on this show, this season is the season to watch. She’s always been great but she is might great here. And boy! You know something’s up when seemingly everything ties up before the hours is up. That last 2 minutes? Ah! I cannot wait for this show to return from its hiatus! Good thing 2015 is right around the corner!
Z NATION (Syfy) – Episode 1.13 “Doctor of the Dead”
Wow! Now that’s how you end a show before its hiatus! I loved everything about this episode. Whoever directed this episode did a fine job! The team being rerouted from heading LA to Colorado. The house of horrors they had to get through before realizing their trap and then trying to escape in time before the nuclear explosion. Not to mention Citizen’s Z’s predicament! I really hope we don’t lose Citizen Z when the show returns but it doesn’t look good! Unless it’s rerouted which…how?!? Ah! Losing one member of the crew was enough…I mean Cassandra is pretty much done, yeah? What are you most looking forward to when the show returns?
