Casting News:
*Instead of Brian Austin Green, Lipstick Jungle star, Robert Buckley will be joining the cast of One Tree Hill (The CW) as Nathan’s sports agent and friend.
I would not have had a problem if BAG had indeed joined the cast but I am thrilled that Robert has now been cast in the show. Anyway, other new roles in OTH that have not yet been cast are the roles of Haley’s older sister and the new face of Brooke’s clothing line.
*Tony winner Lin-Manuel Miranda (In The Heights) has been cast in House as House’s psych hospital room mate. Broadway fans, show your support in September!
*Actor, Ray Park and Actress, Deanne Bray have been cast in Heroes. Bray will play a deaf love interest for (fill in the blank). Robert Knepper and Madeline Zima will also appear in the next season of Heroes. Zima’s character goes to college with Claire.
TV Thoughts for 6/4/09 – 6/11/09
*People take TV way too seriously. For example, Nurse Jackie is a fictional story… that means it is not based on fact for those who are confused.
*Rescue Me has been great as usual!
*I really need to catch up on The Real Housewives of NJ.
*So You Think You Can Dance Top 20 choices were perfect. I loved the Bollywood dance this week!
*While Speidi was entertaining on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, I am glad that they were replaced with Holly once they finally left. The girls only won one challenge, right? Come on girls!
*Harper’s Island was so good last week! Are you watching?
