8:46pm I’m hyperventilating right now! CONGRATS TOM KITT and BRIAN YORKEY for NEXT TO NORMAL!!!

8:52pm Great choice of Lin-Manuel Miranda introducing West Side Story. The performance was just…watching everyone dance made me feel exhausted! I need to work out! Josefina Scaglione cracked the last note a bit but she is still good!

10:54pm I still have to see Jersey Boys. I feel bad for those who have to see Jersey Boys on tour and not on Broadway.

10:57pm Best Musical is coming up. I am rooting for Next to Normal. It seems like Billy Elliot will win though. Rock of Ages could be a surprise win…against Billy Elliot…nevermind no it couldn’t. I don’t expect Shrek to win.
